STANDARD REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE GUEST
- Government-issued ID card for anyone entering the home
- Payment of the tourist tax (according to local regulations, if you do not book with a platform affiliated with the Municipality – such as AIRBNB – you pay cash at check in directly to the host who returns a receipt) for more details see LINK OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROME or ask your host for more explanations. Children up to 10 years of age do not pay the tourist tax.
- Payment of the deposit which is returned by bank transfer within three days after check out. Ask your host for more information on the payment method (bank transfer when booking or cash at check in).
- The consent to be able to use some data (email and telephone number) in order to finalize the booking and send communications.

- Pets allowed only if they are small, it is necessary to declare them at the time of booking. There is a surcharge for final cleaning.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but smoking is allowed on the terrace in the case of apartments with a terrace.
- Compliance with the condominium rules is required, basically not to make noise and confusion, especially at night.
OTHER RULES
At check-in, a welcome kit will be shared, containing complete information on equipment, a map and suggestions on nearby services and places. In addition, for the protection of the guest and the owner, the signing of a contract according to the law for local tourist rental is envisaged. As for the PRICE, all consumptions, linen and final cleaning are included. The tourist tax is not included to be paid in accordance with the local legislation for the city of Rome at CHECK-IN.
Check-in is carried out directly by the owner or by his trusted person from 2.00 pm, but it is also possible to access autonomously through the use of the combination keypad.
For the safety of children it is always necessary to monitor them when they are on the terrace (for apartments with outdoor spaces) so they should never be left alone. The use of the lift is also allowed only in the presence of an adult. It is NOT allowed to smoke, move furniture or objects. It is advisable to reserve a parking space in the garage if requested at the time of booking (to be paid separately to the garage owner). It is possible to book, with the support of the host, a convenient transfer in agreement, to and from the airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino) or the port of Civitavecchia; even for very large groups.
